Dolce & Gabbana

   Domenico Dolce (1958) and Stefano Gabbana (1962) were born in Sicily and Venice, respectively. They founded their company in Milan in 1982 and showed their first collection in Milan in 1986. Known as the "designer of choice" of rock star Madonna, they are credited with turning lingerie into street clothing. In 1990, they presented their first menswear line. It is beautifully tailored with a signature Dolce & Gabbana "hot" look. They also have the D&G line, geared to the customer seeking luxury at a price.
